Telling someone to fill their mind with positivity, healthy thoughts and love is much easier said than done. How do we do that is the question I often get.
My 100% favorite tool is something called "Catch it, Check it, Change it." I teach it to all my clients and anyone and everyone who's interested in listening and learning.
FIRST....Catch the thoughts (What am I thinking)
NEXT....Check the thought (Is this empowering or draining, is it good/bad or healthy/toxic?)
LAST....Change it if need be (If its empowering/healthy then go with it, if not change it into something that is)
